SWIM LESSONS ~ The Club at Golden Valley offers semi-private and group swimming lessons for children ages 3 to 13, tailored to all skill levels- from beginners to intermediate swimmers. Lessons focus on key techniques such as water safety, basic strokes, back floating, rhythmic breathing, and underwater swimming.
